The Innovation Day is a competition aiming to tackle one or several specific challenge(s), proposed by an organization in the field of ENERGY SYSTEMS, working in teams and using the Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.

The objective for the participating teams is to go through the different phases of the Design Thinking, understanding the laid out problem and the different actors around it (user, buyer, producer, supplier, etc.), and to come out with an innovative solution.

The activity is an excellent way to LEARN about INNOVATION, practice the empathy, understand the “think out of the box” concept, and have a first approach of the pitching skills, key elements to prepare the participants to the current professional environment.
